If Sale and Purchase Ledger does not display in Software then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If Sale and Purchase ledgers are not showing at the time of viewing ledger list, then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'All Sales'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'All Sales' window will appear.
- In 'All Sales, Purchase & Duties ledger in All Ledger' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the Sale & Purchase ledger will get display in Marg Software.
