In Marg software, if the tabs related to modification and deletion are not showing at the time of modifying any entry then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:
After following the above steps, the user can easily delete and modify any transaction as per the requirement.
1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.
2. A 'Password & Authority' window will appear. Select the user to whom the permission is to be given.
3. A 'Marg Powers' window will appear. Select ‘Search in all’.
4. A 'Powers' window will appear. Search ‘Data Entry’. Click on ‘Accept’.
5. A 'Data Entry' window will appear. In ‘Current Year Data Entry’ set ‘Entry/Edit & Amend’.
6. Press 'ESC' key twice and click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
7. The user will now press 'ESC' key and then click on 'Yes'.
8. From the main window, press 'Ctrl + U' key and enter the user Id and password.
9. Now the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.
This problem also occurs in case of verify my computer.
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to apply for the Duplicate Licence File from the Marg website and paste it in Marg folder.
This problem appears when the software renewal is pending.
So, the user needs to check software renewal date & renew the software with the help of the service provider or make Online Payment through Marg website.
