If Amount of Secondary Outstanding does not show in Party's Outstanding then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Zero'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Zero' window will appear.

In 'Separate Ledger & O/s required for Stock Less' option, the user will select 'Y'.

In 'Separate Ledger & O/s required for Stock Less' option, the user will select 'Y'.

In 'Party Balances with Other Cash & O/s in Billing' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, secondary amount will be show in party ledger outstanding. 

Note: After change this option Re-save all purchase / sale bills.
