If 'Ledger Monthly Balance' report is being generating with Sale, Sale Return & Brk Exp amount but user needs to generate it only for Final Balance then it can easily be done:

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Display Monthly Ledger'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Display Monthly Ledger' window will appear.

• In 'Display Monthly Ledger Balance with Sales & Brk/Exp Amount' option, the user will select 'X'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Bow go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will Press 'Enter' key on selected ledger.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Monthly'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Monthly Ledger Report with Balance in Marg Software.
