How to Disable Groups of Accounts in Ledger Master in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, the user has the provision of the Group of Accounts to subgroup the ledger under ledger under main head. But if user needs to disable this option then it can be easily done.

In order to disable Groups of Accounts in Ledger Master, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Group of Accounts'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Group of Accounts' window will appear.

• In 'Group of Accounts (Inventory voucher automatically save in other a/c)' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can disable Group of Accounts option in Ledger Master of Marg Software.
