Process To Set Auto Picking Voucher Number In Marg ERP Software

In Marg ERP Software the user can mention the voucher number manually or can set the software to auto-pick the number as per the requirement. But for auto-picking the Voucher Number, the user needs to mention the first voucher number manually after that the software will auto-pick it.

Process To Enable Voucher Number In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Ask Voucher'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Voucher Number Y-Ask N-Automatic', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Process To Create One Voucher Entry Manually In Marg ERP Software

• Now the user will create a Voucher entry and mention the voucher number manually.
• Suppose create a receipt entry and mention voucher number 'R01'.

• Click on 'Save' button to save the changes.

Process To Set Auto Picking Voucher Number In Marg ERP Software

• Now again go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Ask Voucher'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Voucher Number Y-Ask N-Automatic', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Thereafter, whenever the user creates a voucher entry software will auto-pick the voucher number based on the series created.

After following the above steps, the user can set for Auto picking Voucher number in Marg ERP Software.
