Cause:

This alert appears if the user has mentioned cheque number through which already payment has been made previously. 

With the help of Marg Software, the user can disable the Indication of 'Already Paid Press Down Arrow key to Accept' in Voucher Entry.

In order to disable the Indication of 'Already Paid Press Down Arrow key to Accept' in Voucher Entry.

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Duplicate Cheque'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Duplicate Cheque' window will appear.

• In 'Indicate on Duplicate Cheque' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Disable Indication of 'Already Paid Press Down Arrow key to Accept' in Voucher Entry in Marg Software.
