How to change voucher numbering format in Marg Software ?
In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily change the voucher number format according to their requirement.
In order to change Voucher number format, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Voucher”.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- A Voucher window will appear.
- In 'Format 1-5/31/001 2-MAY/31/01 3-053100001' option, the user will select voucher number format according to the requirement.
- Suppose, Select "2".
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the Voucher No. will be generated according to the selected format.
