Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search -- "MONTHLY" => Click on Accept > There is one option shown > " Display Monthly Ledger Balance with Sales & Brk/Exp Amount" ---Change that option as "Y" > Then press esc key and save.
