If Software print Bill on 1.5 inch paper instead of 3 inch while printing through Thermal Printer then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
1. Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press Enter.
2. A Control Room window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.
3. Then user will Search “MARG ADD” > Now click on ‘Accept’.
4. A marg add window will appear.In ‘Print MARG Ad on 98 Format Y-Yes P-Personal X-No’ > set 'N' & 'Print MARG Ad on 99 Format Y-Yes P-Personal X-No' > set 'N'.
5. The user will now press Escape key twice > Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
