Process to Disable series from Voucher in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE SERIES IN VOUCHER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Multi Series'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Multi Series' window will appear.

• In 'Multi Series for Receipt/Payment/Both/All Voucher entries' option, the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the series option will be enabled in all the voucher entries .

Suppose Create 'Receipt voucher'.

PROCESS TO DISABLE SERIES FROM VOUCHER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
  

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Multi Series'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Multi Series' window will appear.

• In ‘Multi Series for Receipt/Payment/Both/All voucher entries option' the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press the 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the series option will be disabled from the voucher entries .
