In Marg Software, at the time of payment entry if the user mentions a cheque number once then for the next time there is no requirement to again enter the cheque number. If user do not need this option so it can be easily disabled in Marg Software.

 In order to disable this option, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear.

• The user will search 'Cheque No' and then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Cheque No' window will appear.

• In ‘Cheque No. Auto’, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that at the time of payment entry the software will not pick auto the cheque no.
