GST registration for regular taxpayers do not have an expiry date and is valid until it is surrendered or cancelled. Only the GST registration for non-resident taxable persons and casual taxable persons are valid until the date mentioned on the GST registration certificate.

In order to change the GSTIN and its Exp Date, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• On Home Screen window, the user will select 'Exit' or press 'Alt+X' key.

• A 'List of Companies' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the company whose GSTIN and Exp. date needs to be change.

• Suppose select 'Marg Pharma Co.'

•  A 'Company Alteration' window will appear in which the user will Change the 'GSTIN and Exp. Date' as per the requirement.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to Save the details.

After following the above steps, the Company GSTIN and Exp. Date will get changed in Marg Software.
