FAQ Possible Solution

Warranty Overdue 

  • This error displays when the renewal of software is pending.
  • Online payment
  • Coordinate with your service provider for the renewal.

Duplicate Licence

After Payment License file not received
  • Download Licence
  • For Payment through Service Provider, contact the Service Provider.

Bill Copy Required
    • In case the renewal has been done through a partner then you need to coordinate with your partner.
    • In case of online payment (directly to the company) then write us at commercial@margerp.com

Upgrade Counter Software
  • Co-ordinate with your service provider for the same  
  • Marg Counter Product will no longer be available from 1st January 2023 and Marg Counter and Online Support and Services will Continue Till 31st March 2024.
