A. If user is registered on Retailio

• Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A ‘Control Room’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Search in All’ option.

• A ‘Controls’ window will appear.

• In Search field, Search ‘Retail IO’ and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• A ‘RetailIO’ window will appear.

• In ‘From RETAILIO Server [Retailio ID/Code]’ field, mention the Retail IO ID.

Retail IO ID will be available in Retail IO App or Web.

• As the user/chemist will mention the Retail IO ID, then a request to connect with ERP will be shown in the App or on the Web i.e. ‘Do you want to connect this Retailer ID with Marg ERP?’

• So click on ‘Approve’ from here.

If user is not Registered on Retailio

• Now from the home screen of the software, the user/chemist will click on Rio services or go to Digital >> Rio Services.

• A 'Select' window will appear.

• The user select 'Register Rio Service'. 

• Now a 'Retailio Platform Benefits' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' to register Rio services.

• A 'Retailio Registration' window will appear.

• In 'Mobile No.' field, the user will mention the mobile number which needs to be registered with retailio app.

• Then click on 'Generate OTP'.

• The user can view that the OTP sent successfully on the registered mobile number of the user.

• In 'Submit OTP', field the user will mention the OTP received on the registered mobile number.

• Then click on 'Submit'.

• Here the user can view the details of all the distributors registered on the Retailio server then the user will click on 'Cross' Sign.

• Now the user will get redirected to the Web panel of the Retailio where the user needs to select 'Medical'.

• Then click on 'Next'.

• Now mention all the address details of the firm then click on 'Continue'.

• Now mention all the necessary details i.e. D.L number, Upload Drung License certificate, GST certificate and click on 'All Done Submit'.

Thereafter the user will get registered on the retailio server & will be integrated with the Thyrocare.
