In Marg ERP Software, if Run File Maintenance alert appears while Changing Financial Year then it can be resolved easily.

In order to 'Run File Maintenance', the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly press 'Alt+X' key on the main window of the software.

• Press 'Enter' or 'F8' key on the selected company.

• The user will select 'Files Maintenance' option.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected financial year.

• Now, the user can view the file maintenance is being started.
