In Marg ERP Software if 'Run File Maintenance' alert appears at the time of Changing Financial Year then it can be resolved easily.

In order to 'Run File Maintenance', the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly press 'Alt+X' key on main window of the software.

• Press 'Enter' or 'F8' key on the selected company.

• Select 'Files Maintenance' option.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected financial year.

• Now the user can view the file maintenance is being started.
