How to Add Extra Company in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software if the user needs to Add Extra Company then it can be easily done through Online Payment.

In order to Add Extra Company, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Click on 'Payment' option from the first Menu Bar of the site. 

  • A 'Marg Payment Gateway' window will appear with different options i.e. eBusiness, Licence & Others.
  • The user will select 'License'.

As the user will click on Licence 3 windows will appear i.e. Payment Details, Billing Address, GSTIN Detail along with their different fields which are required to be filled for Licence Renewal.

A. Payment Details:

In 'Payment Type' option, the user will select 'Extra Company'.

a. License No.: Enter the Licence No/Customer ID of Marg Software.

b. Captcha: Enter the captcha as shown.

Now the user will click on 'Tick Mark' icon (as shown in below image).

c. No. of Companies: The user will mention the Number of companies which needs to be Add in License.

Suppose select '1'. Press 'Enter' key.

  • Now the user can view the GST and Final Amount that needs to be pay.

B. Billing Address:

a.  Mobile: Enter the Registered Mobile No.

Note: Rest of the fields i.e. Email ID, Firm Name, Address, Country, State/Province, City, Zip/Postal Code City will automatically get filled.

b.  Remarks: Enter the remarks if any.

C. GST Details:

a. GSTIN: Enter the GST No.

If the user don't have any GSTIN then click on 'Don't have GSTIN'.

Suppose click on 'Don't have GSTIN'.

  • Once the user has filled all the required details then click on 'Pay Now'.

  • Now, different payment methods will appear.
  • The user will select the desired method through which the payment needs to be done.
  • Click on 'Pay Now'.
  • As the user will click on 'Pay Now', the payment will be done and the licence file will get received at the user's registered Email-ID.
