In Marg Software, the user can send Any report via Whatsapp as per the requirement.

The user needs to first generate report in software which needs to be Send via Whatsapp.

Suppose user needs to send Stock Valuation Statement alphabatically.

• Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation.

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.
• The user will select option as per the requirement and click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Stock Valuation' report will get generate. Press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Report' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Stock Statement'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.
• Click on 'Alphabatic'.

• An 'Alphabatic' window will appear. Press 'PageDown' key.

• Now click on 'View'.

• The Stock Valuation Statement alphabetically will get generate.
• The user will click on 'Email' icon at the bottom.

• A 'Marg Mailer' window will appear.

• In 'To', the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Get Email From' window will appear.

• The user will select 'A/C' Ledger'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger to whom WhatsApp needs to be sent.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• The Software will auto pick the Whatsapp number from ledger in 'Whatsapp' field.

• Then click on 'Email.'

After following the above steps, the user can send Any Report via Whatsapp in Marg Software.
