How to fix ' Used by Another user ' alert which appears while running File Maintenance then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears when the Same company in which file Maintenance is running is open on another system.
Solution:
In Order to resolve ' Used By other User ' the user needs to follow the below steps:
- The user needs to Close the Software or Exit from that particular Company.
After following the above steps, the user can view alert of Used By other User will get resolve while running File Maintenance in Marg Software.
