Process to Create Post on Marg Community

Overview of Marg Community

  • Marg ERP Software has introduced Marg Community, a B2B platform where retailers and distributors can interact and engage in business-related conversations. Users can sell new and used goods at the best prices to nearby buyers, and they can also like and comment on products.
  • Distributors can showcase their products, connect with retailers, and increase their reach. Retailers can obtain product-related details in a single window, where only their business-related target audience will be available, thus potentially increasing their sales as well.

Process to Join Marg Community

  • Firstly, click on 'Community' button on the dashboard window.

  • Click on 'Register' button.

  • The user can view the Company Name/Address/Mobile Number/Email ID will be auto-filled from the license details.

  • The user will enter other details as per the requirement i.e. username, designation, pincode, business type, and category.
  • Then, click on 'Register' button.

  • The user will click on 'Yes' button to generate otp for service system verification.

  • The user will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number or email.

  • The user will enter any of the OTP i.e. either the OTP received on the Email ID or Mobile No and click on the 'Verify' button.
  • Click on 'Submit' button.

  • The user can view 'You are successfully Registered !!!' pop up will appear.
  • Click on 'Ok'.

  • The user can view the Marg Community will get opened.

  • If the user needs to make any changes to their profile, then click on 'My Profile'.

  • The user will make the changes as per the requirement and click on the 'Update' button.

  • The user can view the Excel, Word, or PPT options in the product section, indicating that the supplier has uploaded a product catalog.
  • The user can download the product catalog by clicking on the respective icons.

  • The user can also like the product as per the requirement (as shown in the below image).

  • To comment on a product, the user will click on the 'Comment' button (as shown in below image).

  • The user will enter a comment for the product as per the requirement.
  • Then, click on 'Post' button.

  • The user can view the Comments will get posted.
  • Click on the 'Delete' icon to delete any comment.

  • If the user needs to get details of any product from the supplier or wants to purchase it, then they can click on 'Message' button.

  • The user will enter a message for the product as per the requirement.
  • Click on 'Post' button.

  • The user can view the Message will be posted.

  • If the user needs to hide any post, they don't want to view, they can click on the 'Unsubscribe' button (as shown in below image).

  • The user will click on 'Yes' button to Unsubscribe the post.

  • The user can view the selected post will be unsubscribed and automatically hidden from the window.

Process to Create Post on Marg Community

  • Firstly, click on 'Create New Post' button.

  • The user will enter the post title and description for the post that needs to be published.

  • Enter the 'Distance', so that the audience within the specified distance can view the user's post.

  • The user will select their Business Type and Category as per the requirement.

  • The user can upload their product file or catalog by clicking on the 'Browse' button.

  • Now, click on 'Add Photo' icon.

  • The user will select the product's image which needs to be displayed and click on 'Open' button.

  • Click on 'Submit' button.

  • A 'New Post Successfully Created' pop up will appear.

  • To view their post, the user will click on 'View My Post' button.

  • The user can view the post they've updated.

  • Click on 'Eye' icon to view the full post.

  • To edit a post, the user will click on 'Edit' icon.

  • The user will make changes as per the requirement.
  • Suppose, the user needs to deactivate the post and then, click on 'Deactivate' button.

  • Click on 'Yes' button to deactivate the post.

  • Then, click on 'Ok' button.

  • The user can view the selected post will get deactivated.

  • To activate the post, the user will click on 'Edit' icon.

  • Click on 'Activate' button.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Then, Click on 'Ok' button.

  • The user can view the Post will be Activated again.
