Process To Raise Ticket Through BSS Panel

  • Go to Marg Care > Tickets > Raise Tickets to H.O.

  • Click on 'Add' Button.

  • The user will select the problem type as required.

Note: The user needs to make sure to generate a Ticket for each issue separately, Multiple issues will not be considered in a Single Ticket.

  • In 'Description' the user will mention the problem in detail.

Note: The user needs to describe the problem in brief. Irrelevant descriptions will not be considered For Ex: 'Call Me/Facing Issue/Issue in Software/Software not open' etc.

  • If the user has any image related to the problem it can be attached.

  • Click on 'Submit' button.

Process To Raise Ticket Through Marg Power App

  • Firstly open the Marg Power App.

  • On the Home Tab, the user will click on 'Marg Support' icon.

  • Click on 'Raise Ticket' option.

  • Thereafter, the user will click on 'Add' icon to generate a new ticket.

Note: The user needs to make sure to generate a Ticket for each issue separately, Multiple issues will not be considered in a Single Ticket.

  • In 'Main Problem' option, click on the drop-down.

  • The user will select the main problem related to the issue.
  • Suppose select 'Accounts'.

  • In 'Select Problem Type' option, the user selects the type of problem.

  • Suppose select 'Voucher Entry'.

  • Similarly, the user will select 'Sub Problem Type'.

  • Now the user will type the description of the problem as per the requirement.

Note: The user needs to describe the problem in brief. Irrelevant descriptions will not be considered For Ex: 'Call Me/Facing Issue/Issue in Software/Software not open' etc.

  • If the user has any Image related to the problem, it can be attached easily.
  • Click on 'Submit' button.

  • The user can view the Ticket No. will get generated successfully.

Process To View Ticket Status Through Marg Power App

  • The user can view the Ticket Status whether it's Acknowledged/In Progress/closed etc, through the given tabs.

  • Suppose the user needs to view the status of a closed Ticket.
  • Click on 'Closed' tab.

  • Thereafter, the user can view the ticket status in detail.
