How Marg Partner can close the Raised Tickets of their Customers through BSS Panel ?

  • Go to Marg Care > Tickets > Your Customer Tickets.

  • The partner can view the Status wise Count of their Customer's Tickets.
  • Suppose click on 'Pending'.

  • The Partner will select the Ticket on which Action needs to be taken.
  • Then, click on 'Edit' button under Action Tab.

  • Now, the partner will enter the Main Disposition of the Ticket.
  • Suppose select 'Guidance Provided'.

  • Select the Sub Disposition as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Closed'.

  • Then, the partner can Add the Remark of Ticket as per the requirment and click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the partner can Close the raised Tickets of their Customers through BSS Panel.
