Marg ERP Software offers a Free AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) from eligible references, allowing customers to earn Free AMC benefits after successful software installation.

• 1 eligible lead = 1 month of Free AMC
• 5 eligible leads = 5 months of Free AMC

Once the service provider approves a lead and the software is successfully installed, customers become eligible to claim their Free AMC benefit. A WhatsApp confirmation message is also sent, making the activation process simple, transparent, and easy to track.

Process To Claim Free AMC In Marg ERP Software

Note: To avail free AMC, the user needs to update the software to the latest version.

• Click on 'Lead Get Free AMC'.

• The user will enter the reference details of the customer interested in purchasing Marg ERP Software, including Customer Name, Mobile Number, and Pin code.
• The user can add referral code as per the requirements (Optional).

• Click on 'Submit Lead' button.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• The user can view lead saved successfully and then click on 'Ok'.

• The user can view the Lead show in 'Pending Lead' tab.
• After this, a WhatsApp message is sent to the service provider, the customer, and the referral person.

• The lead is automatically assigned to the respective local dealer. Once the software is successfully installed, the customer receives a WhatsApp message. After receiving the message, the customer becomes eligible to claim the Free AMC benefit.
• Then, the user can view Claim show in 'Pending Claim' tab.

• The user will click on 'Claim' button.

• The Download License pop-up appears automatically. After claiming the Free AMC, the user can download the license without renewing the AMC for the eligible Free AMC period. After downloading the license, the renewal period is automatically updated.
• Click on 'Download' to download the license.

• The user can view license successfully installed. Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can get free AMC from leads in Marg ERP Software.

Process To Get Leads From QR Code In Marg ERP Software

In Marg ERP Software, scanning the QR code helps generate leads, enables quick installation, and activates Free AMC eligibility benefits, ensuring a fast and smooth onboarding process.

Lead QR Code is automatically printed on Sales Invoices issued to retailers/customers.

When a retailer scans the QR code and installs Marg ERP Software, the referral lead is automatically credited to the user's account.

The same retailer can also print the QR code on Purchase Return Invoices.

No manual entry is required, as the QR code is directly linked to the user's referral account.

In order to enable QR Code in bill format, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Maters > Survey and Offers > 30 Days Free AMC.

• Click on 'Yes'.

• The QR code is displayed on all invoices. After scanning the QR code, the customer can easily add a reference. Once the installation is completed, the customer becomes eligible for Free AMC activation.
