If ' Already Open ' alert appears while modifying bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

'Alreday open' alert appears when the other user open the same bill on another system.

Solution:

In order to resolve 'Alreday open' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Other user needs to close the bill as same time only one user can open the same bill.

After following the above steps, the user can view Already Open alert will get resolved and user can open the same bill in Marg Software.
