Process To Switch Financial Year in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF SWITCH FINANCIAL YEAR IN MARG SOFTWARE 

• In Marg Software, the user can easily switch to the previous financial year while working in the new financial year to create any transactions related to sales and purchases or to view any report as per their requirement. 

PROCESS TO FINANCIAL FINANCIAL YEAR IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Firstly, the user will press 'F1' key on the main window of Marg Software.

• A 'Change Company' window will appear.
• The user can view the list of all the financial years of the selected company.

• The user needs to press 'F7' key to view the financial year of all the companies.

• The user can view All the company's Financial Years will get displayed.

• Suppose, the user needs to work in the Financial Year of (2023-2024) of Marg company.
• Press 'Enter' key. 

After following the above steps, the user can Switch Financial Year in Marg Software.

1. Firstly, the user needs to press 'Alt+X' key on the main screen of the software.

2. Now a 'List of Companies' window will appear.

3. The user will press 'F8' key on the company of which the financial year needs to be changed.

4. Now the user will select 'Marg Gateway'.Press 'Enter' key.

5. Then the user will select the financial year in which the work needs to be done.
