Note: The user needs to create new folder in the system then user can change the directory in Marg Software.

• Go to the 'List of Companies'.

• The user will press 'F8' key on the company whose data directory needs to be change.

• Suppose select 'Marg Distribution'.

• The user will select 'File Maintenance'.

• A 'Reindexing Files & Select to Execute' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key .

• A 'Data Path' window will appear.

• In 'Change Data Path', the user will mention the new path of data.

• Suppose mention 'C:\DATA'. Press 'Enter' key. 

After following the above steps, the Data Directory will get changed and data will start storing in New path.
