• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will click on the 'Chat' Icon shows at the bottom of the screen.

• A 'Marg Chatting' window will appear.

• Now the user can view all the users created in the Software. 

• The user will select 'To all Users'

• Now the user will type the message (which needs to send to the user) as per the requirement.

• The user will press 'ESC' key to get exit from the window.

• Now click on 'Yes' to confirm the exit.

• On the other hand, the user will get the chat on their systems (as shown below) and in order to reply on the chat click on 'OK'.
