• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• The user will click on the 'Chat' Icon shows at the bottom of the screen.

• The user can view all the users created in the Software.
• Then user will select 'To all Users'

• Now, the user will type the message which needs to send to the user as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• On the other hand, the user will get the chat on their systems as shown below and in order to reply to the chat, click on 'OK' button.

After following the above steps, the user can send a message to the operator in Marg ERP Software.
