If on the main window of the software, the dashboard doesn't appear then this issue can easily be resolved: 

In order to resolve this issue the user needs to follow the given steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Dashboard”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Decimal' window will appear.

• In 'Dashboard Side Display on B-Both  I-Invoice  M-Main N-No' option, the user will select  the option as per the requirement

• Suppose select 'B' for Invoice & Main dashboard both.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now the user will click on 'Update Dashboard'.

• After following the above steps the user can view that the dashboard has successfully been updated.
