Click on Start Button if you using window 7 > Control Panel > Click on Clock,Language and Region > Region > Additional Setting > Measurement System > Select Metric instead of U.S > Click on Apply > Ok 

Click on Window icon from keyboard if you using window 8 , 10 > Type Control panel > Click on Control Panel > Click on Clock,Language and Region > Region > Additional Setting > Measurement System > Select Metric instead of U.S  > Click on Apply > Ok
