How to Run File Maintenance in Marg Software ?

In order to Run the File Maintenance, the user will follow the below steps:-
- Firstly press 'Alt+X' on main window of the software
- A 'List of Companies' window will appear.
- Press 'F8' on the selected company.
- Select 'Files Maintenance' option.
- A 'Re Indexing Files & Select to Execute' window will appear in which the user will press 'Enter' key on the selected financial year.

Now the user can view the file maintenance is being started.
