How to Fix ' Unauthorized User ' alert which appears while opening Marg Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears when the Caps Lock in Off on the System.
Solution:
In Marg Software the User Id by default is created in Capital Letters. That's why the user must mention the Id and Passwords on the Caps Lock.
