If 'Close Excel from All Nodes' alert appears at the time of generating GSTR 1 Return into excel then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This error appears when the Excel file is already open in the system.

Solution:

The user needs to close all the Excel files from the system. To close the excel file user needs to follow the below steps:

  • The user will right click on Task Bar or press 'Ctrl + Shift + ESC' key.
  • A Task Bar options will appear where the user will select 'Start Task Manager'.

  • A 'Window Task Manager' window will appear. 
  • The user can will search for 'Excel' and can view all the Excel files opened in the system.

  • The user will click on Excel file.

  • A window will appear where the user will click on 'End Process'.

  • An alert of 'Do you Want to End 'excel' file will appear.
  • Click on 'End Process'.
  • Similarly the user will close all Excel Files.

After following the above steps, the user can view the GSTR 1 File will get generate in Excel Format in Marg Software.
