• Go to List of Companies > Press 'Enter' key or 'F8' key on the selected company.

• Suppose select 'Anand Medicos'.

• A Selected  Company window will appear.

• The user will select 'Delete Financial Year'.

• The user will select that financial year to delete.

Note: If company contains Multiple financial year then the user needs to delete all the financial year of the selected company.

• A 'Manual Back Transfer To' window will appear.

• Now the software will automatically pick the path where the user have taken the backup previously, however if user needs to change the path of the backup then simply user needs to press 'F10' key on it.

• Then the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key on this window.

• Thereafter the software will start transfer the backup file to selected the location.

• A 'Confirm' window will appear.

• The user needs to type 'DELETE' to delete the selected company then press 'Enter' key on it.

After following the above steps, the selected company will get delete.
