Process To Import All Stock From One Company To Another Company In Marg Software

Suppose user needs to Import Stock in Company 'Anant'.

PROCESS TO EXPORT ALL STOCK FROM ONE COMPANY TO ANOTHER COMPANY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• The user will enter in the Company whose stock needs to be Export.
• Suppose select 'Deepak' and press 'Enter' key.

• Go to Transactions > Stock Issue > New.

• A 'Stock Issue Entry' window will appear.
• In 'Date', the user will mention the date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '30-06-2023'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on 'Self Breakage/Expired/Waste'.

• A 'Return' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Quantity<='.

• A 'Quantity <=' window will appear.
• In 'Quantity <=', the user will mention '9999' and press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Self Breakage/Expired/Waste < 0 Days>' window will appear.
• The user will press '*' key to select All Company.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• All Stock will get load in entry, the user will press 'Ctrl+O' key in blank line.

• A 'Bill' window will appear.
• In 'Export/Import', the user will select 'Export'.

• A 'Bill Export' window will appear. Press 'Enter' key.
• The user can simply save the entry as per the requirement.

• Now the user will Exit from the Company 'Deepak'
• Press 'Alt+X' key on main screen of the software.

PROCESS TO IMPORT ALL STOCK FROM ONE COMPANY TO ANOTHER COMPANY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• The user will press 'Enter' key twice in which stock needs to be import.
• Suppose select 'Anant'.

• Go to Transactions > Stock Receive > New.

• A 'Stock Receive Entry' window will appear.
• In 'Date', the user will mention the date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '30-06-2023'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Stock Feeding < CURRENT > '.

• Now press 'Ctrl+O' key to import the stock.

• A 'Bill' window will appear.
• In 'Export/Import', the user will select 'Import'.

• A 'Bill Import' window will appear.
• The software will auto take the path where the stock has been exported.
• Press 'PageDown' key.

• An alert of 'Data Imported Properly' will appear.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the entry.

• The user can view All Stock will get Import in Company 'Anant'.

After following the above steps, the user can Export All Stock from One comany to Another Company in Marg Software.
