If " Carry Balance Window " does not display in Current Financial Year after making the changes in previous Financial Year then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if Carry balance window not appear in dashboard then it can be resolved easily.

Cause:

This issue appears when user selects 'Never' in alert window of carry balance.

In order to enable ask Carry Balance window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select 'Search in all'.

  • The user will search 'Carry' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Carry Balance allowed in this financial year' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Click on 'Yes' button to save changes.

  • Now, the user will Run Carry Balance In Current Financial year.
  • In 'Carry General Reminder' option, the user will select 'Y'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Carry Balance window will appear in the Current Financial Year after making any changes in Last Year in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Carry Balance.

2. An alert window will appear > Click on 'Yes'

3. A 'Carry Balance' window will appear > Carry General Reminder--- 'N'. Then press 'Enter' .

4. In 'Start carrying from last year', the user will select 'Yes'.
