In Marg Cloud Software, the user can Save any report in Excel or PDF Format from the Server to Local System in Marg Cloud Software.

• Suppose select Consolidated Sale Book to save in Local System.
• Go to Reports > Sales Analysis > Consolidated Sale Book.

•  The user will mention the date range for which report needs to be generated.
• Click on 'Accept' button.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key to generate the report.

• Click on 'Excel' button.

• Click on 'INDEX Wise Total/Only Last Total' button as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'INDEX Wise Total'.

• Click on 'Expand' button.

• Click on 'Download(From Server to PC)' Icon.

• The user will click on '+' button.

• The user will select the File that needs to be exported as per the requirement.
• Click on 'Upload Selected Files' button.

• A 'Please Wait' popup will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the report will get saved in Excel or PDF Format from Server to Local System in Download tab from Marg Cloud Software.
