- In Dashboard window, the user will click on 'Shift user' button.
- Click on 'Add User' button.
- In 'Select the main user Reference' option, the user will select the account under which the new user will be created.
- Suppose select 'Sachin Ji Pharma.
The user will enter the details as per the requirement.
1. First Name / Last Name: The user will enter the personal details of the user.
2. Mobile: The user will enter the mobile number of the user, which is used for identification.
3. Email: The user will mention their personal email ID.
4. Select Role: The user will select the role as per the requirement.
5. Password: The user will set login credentials for secure access.
6. Access Any Where?: The user will select Yes if the user is allowed to log in from any location or system; otherwise, keep it as 'No'.
7. Start Timing / End Timing: The user will specify shift-wise login time for the user.
8. IP by Access: The owner can allow access exclusively from this system’s IP; otherwise, select the option as per the requirement.
9. IP Address: The user will enter the IP address as per the requirement.
- Now, the user will click on 'Submit' button.
After following the above steps, the user can view Shift user will be created in Marg Cloud.
