If " Account is not active " alert appear while Login then how to resolve it in Marg Cloud ?

In Marg Cloud, if " Account is not active " alert appears while logging in the cloud, then user can resolve this issue easily.

In order to resolve account is not active alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, the user will log in with the supervisor's email and Password, and click on 'Sign In' button.

  • The user will select the operator for whom the alert appears at the time of login.
  • Suppose select 'Krishna.

  • Click on 'In Active' button.

  • Now, the operator will be activated.

After following the above steps, the user can log in with the operator ID without the alert appearing in Marg Cloud.
