If Bill not print then how to resolve it in Marg Cloud ?

In order to resolve bill not printing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • While printing the bill, the PDF will be downloaded automatically by the software.

  • The user can view PDF will be downloaded.

  • Press 'Delete' key to remove the PDF file.

  • The user will press 'Windows+R' key on the desktop window.

  • The user will type 'Services.msc' and click on 'Ok' button.

  • The user will search 'MargLocalPrintService' and click on 'Start' button.

  • Now, the user can view service has been started.

After following the above steps, the Bill Not Print issue will be resolved in Marg Cloud.

Ans.2

1. Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room

2. The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

3. The user will search 'Direct Printand click on the 'Accept' button.

4. In 'Print Bill on Enter in Marg ERP on Cloud U-Universal Printer D-Direct Print' option, the user will select 'D'.

5. Press 'Esc' key.

6. Click on 'Yes' button.
