• Go to Transactions > GST Outward (Services) > Modify. Press Enter.

• A Modify window will appear. 

• Select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number, etc.  

• A GST Outward as on window will appear.

• Press the 'F11' function key on a particular entry which needs to be saved into PDF format.

• An Email window will appear.

• Click on "Save Bill Format in PDF".

• A Save window will appear in which the user will define the path to export the selected GST outward entry.

• The user will click on ‘Accept’.

After following the above steps, the user can export the selected GST Outward entry in PDF Format. 

Thereafter PDF will be saved on the defined path.
