If GSTR 2 Return does not generate into excel then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
Cause
This issue appears due to the user has already Reconcile GSTR2.
Solution
In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow below steps:
1. Go to Taxation > GSTR2. Press Enter.
2. A GST Summary window appears. Feed date range. Click on Show.
3. Click on GSTR 2 Returns.
4. A GSTR2 window will appear. Select 'GSTN excel Template' and tick the 'Include GSTR-2 Reconciled Entries'.
5. Now, click on Start to generate GSTR 2 in excel.
6. In the next window, the user will click on 'Ok'.
After following the above steps, the GSTR 2 gets exported into excel.
