To resolve this error follow the below steps :

1. Check party GSTIN NO is Correct or Not by go to Books > All Ledger > press F3 on Ledger > click on Verify GST > Then feed GST NO Search

2. Check whether any special character for eg.()`~*) is not in Ledger Name, If any Remove them.

3. Check user should be using latest version of offline tool.
