If ' GST Heading / State Code not Matched ' alert appears while generating GSTR 1 in Excel then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This error appears while generating GSTR 1 in Excel because the user has selected the Wrong GST Heading or Selected the Wrong State Code in Ledger Detail.

In order to resolve the alert of  'GST Heading / State Code not Matched', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go  Books > All Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on Selected Ledger.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• The user will select 'Ledger Detail'.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.

• The user needs to correct  Gst heading or GSTIN Number as per the requirement.  
• Suppose GSTIN Number is wrong.

• Suppose change GSTIN Number to '07ASDAD1234A1Z2'.           
• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save.       

 

After following the above steps, the error of 'GST Heading / State Code not Matched' will not appear at the time of generating GSTR 1 in excel.
