If an alert of 'You are not Authorised' appears at the time of clicking on any option in GST Tab then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if 'You are not authorized to use this option' appears at the time of GST Returns then this issue can be easily resolved.

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which issue needs to be resolved. 
  • Suppose select 'A'.

  • Click on 'Search in All'.

  • The user will search 'GST'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • In 'GST Returns' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Click on 'Yes' button to save the changes.

  • The user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button to exit from the window.

  • Now the user will Re-login by pressing 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen. 

  • The user will mention the User ID and Password of the operator in which power has been changed.

  • A Change User window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'GST Returns' option will get enabled for particular user in Marg ERP Software.
