• Go to Gst > Misc. GST Reports.

• The user will select 'HSN Summary Report'.

a. Report Period: Select the period as per the requirement.

1. Month Wise: Select, if the reports need to be generated on the basis of the month.

2. Yearly:  Select, if the reports need to be generated for the whole year.

Suppose select 'Month-Wise'.

Now discuss in detail regarding the options:

Related GSTR Period From: The user will select the month from which report needs to be view.

Period To: The user will select the month upto which report needs to be view.

Opening Stock Valuation: The user will select the Rate for the calculation of opening stock value as per the requirement.

Consider -ve Balance:  The user will select if wants to view negative balance.

Click on 'View/Print'according to the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the HSN Wise Summary will be generated in Marg ERP Software.
