If Sale Type option does not display while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, the user can select the type of sale i.e. Local, Central, etc. on the billing window but if the Sale type filed is not showing on the sale window, then this issue can be resolved.

In order to enable Sale Type option, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in All’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search  'Ask Sale Type'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Ask Sale Type' window will appear.
  • In ‘Ask Sales Type Y-Always/P-Purc/O-Other/A-Add+Less/R-Add+Return/N-No’ option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Sale Type field will get enabled while billing in Marg Software.
