In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the will Search“Self Selection”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Self Selection window will appear.

• In ‘Open Item window with Batch on Self Selection’ select “N”.

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Now click on‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the shift +? Key will start working at the time of billing and opens the filter stock window.
