Cause:

1. Party GST Number has been suspended.

2. Wrong GST Number is mentioned in the Party's Ledger or there will be space in between the GST Number, then the party is considered as unregistered.

Solution:

1. Verify Party GST Number on GST Portal if it's suspended or not.

2. In case GST Number is not suspended check GST Number in the party's Ledger.

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Modify Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Alteration' Window will appear.

• Press 'Enter' key on the selected ledger.

• Suppose 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' is the register party whose bills are showing in GSTR1 B2C.

• In the next window, the user will click on 'Ledger Details'.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.

• Press 'Enter' key on the 'Modify' Tab.

• In 'GST No.', the user will correct the GST No. or remove the Space if any.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

• Now the user will Re-Save all the bills.

After following the above steps, the Registered Party Bill will get displayed in B2B column of GSTR 1 in Marg Software.
